The bed itself is great. A little confusing for those who haven't built furniture in a while. Super sturdy and weirdly enough, my mattress feels better. No creaks or sounds, it's solid! It sits a bit lower to the ground than I'm used to but whatever, I'm comfortable. You definitely need two people to put it together, at the very least, in the beginning with the headboard.The only thing is it arrives in 2 separate boxes. I was super confused and frustrated because I only got tracking information for one box and when it arrived with half the parts and said 1/2 on the side I was super confused and frustrated. Went down to usps to ask about another box and they had no idea what i was talking about. However, I called customer service and spoke to a very nice man who explained the other box comes ups because of weight issues, I guess. It just threw me off because I had no tracking info for the other box and thought I was S.O.L on finding it. He provided me with the ups tracking info and the package arrived around 4-5pm.Over all super happy with the bed, customer service seemed great, but the logistics of the two packages and tracking for only one was confusing. Probably just a me thing bc I never order furniture thats that big.

Initially I was nervous to purchase because I was unsure of how quality would be but I’m very happy with the outcome. The drawers are very spacious and easy to open. It took my boyfriend about an hour or so to put together and came with everything necessary for assembly. I was concerned about how the look of the headboard would be with the space between where the mattress goes but the height was perfect so you can’t see gap with mattress. My daughter is on the heavier side and so are we so I’m impressed with the stability there is no noise or movement but enough give for added comfortability. Overall I’d recommend this product

I really love this bed. I put it together in roughly 3 hours. I read a lot of reviews saying it was difficult to put together. I wouldn’t say it was difficult just tedious. I screwed so many screws my fingers are a little sore lol, but it was very logical, easy to understand, and everything is labeled to an extent I’ve never had such an easy time. I didn’t realize there were 4 storage bins not just one in the picture so I’m amazed at how much storage I will have and very impressed. The leather is soft and buttery too not cheap seeming at all.

I really love the drawers it comes with, but do put like a blanket or a towel underneath whatever you put there cuz it could slip through the cracks 😅 however, it's very cute and it was easy to assemble!Another thing to keep in mind is that it comes in two boxes; first, for us anyways, was the frame itself and then the drawers that go underneath.

Some of the pieces of the wood wood that holds the mattress up was broken I had to drive to Lowe’s and purchase three pieces of wood to go under the mattress. Then I had to pay someone to insert the wood in the bed to put the boxspring on to have a sturdy bed. I was very disappointed to have to do all of this due to me being up in age I was not a satisfied person with this product.

Note: Comes in 2 large boxes, mine didn't arrive the same day but, a quick message to the seller and I had the second box the next day.My daughter and I put together in less than 2 hours. Great instructions! Please remember to put the slats rounded curve UP. BED LOOKS GOOD. I even assembled the baskets by myself. Awesome experience for her and I. Now, she will be purchasing one for herself. My bed is a FULL and came in 2 days.
