Q: what diameter is the hole in the center?

i have ordered two times and they have no hole in the center. picture does't match.

Q: Could this be ceiling mounted to carry a 35lb load?

I'm not the MFG but I would NOT do that. The bearings would be loaded up in the wrong direction and the possibility of a failure would be greater, and having it on a ceiling would then be a fall/safety hazard n could injure someone.
