I have been diagnosed with LPR reflux and I'm very vigilant with following all the lifestyle changes that are recommended. I thought I'd try this product after reading the reviews on Amazon. Unfortunately my own personal experience with this product has been a very bad one. I took a tablet last night after dinner and within 5 minutes I knew it was a mistake. I started to get a tight feeling in the throat and lots of phlegm came up from my stomach. I had a bad night sleep and feel like my throat is worse this morning. I have now put the product in the bin. I would like a refund however it seems that I have to contact this companies customer support rather than go through the amazon support.
