I like the fact that it don't cover my entire hand. I got this type of brace for arthritic reasons. I do wish the thumb part had a loop for the strap. It would make it easier to tighten up

Nice product, well made, but my 2.25" thumb is just a bit too short to fit properly. Because the thumb pat of the brace is a little too long, the splint slides down during the night and my thumb isn't totally secured. My thumb hasn't popped out of the brace yet, but feels like it could at any moment. Longer thumbs of 3-4" and it would be perfect. Really long thumbs might not be braced. Made the thumb part adjustable in LENGTH and it would be a superb product.

UPDATE 2/10/18 —- DO NOT BUY THE THUMB BRACE FROM THESE PEOPLE. IT IS DEFECTIVE. I have tried to work with them to get a brace that did not fall apart. I have 6 braces and they ALL are coming unsewn. I like the brace, just wish it was constructed better.I have bought numerous braces for arthritis in my hands, specifically my left thumb. It is so bad that surgery is my only option. However, so far, I not subjecting myself to that. This brace stabilizes my thumb perfectly. It does not interfere with anything I try to do with hand. I absolutely love this brace! If you need total thumb stability, this is THE one!!! Highly recommend.

This brace really does eleviate the pain in my thumb from arthritis. However my thumb may not ne long enough because it rubs the cuticle and irritates it. Therefore it only got a 4 star.

Reverse of what the description pictures indicate for left hand wear. Slightly different than pictured (logo). It inhibits movement like it should, but just after 1.5 hrs it is getting warm and little sweaty with non-active use.

The whole point of this device was to immobilize my thumb. I have tendonitis, a "trigger thumb" and need to stop flexing it. This device did not provide sufficient support/coverage to keep my thumb from moving. In order for it to be of use for me, the area around the thumb would have had to have been longer and not simply cover the base of my thumb.

It slides up and down the thumb area. It’s hard to get it snug enough to really support the thumb.

I used it for left thumb. It fit and was comfortable.
