I've had this for 2 weeks. I looked for a month before picking a chair. I have a tiny apartment but I'm tall. 5'10" 225lbs. I also needed a recliner/ computer chair. I put this together in 10mins. I didnt realize that when you lean back the foot rest goes back equally. This is the only thing I dont like. I wanted them to move independently. The heat is on the lower back and nice. The massage is very nice. The foot rest is long enough. Not all the way to my feet. The seat is soft and plenty of room. The material is going to pill, I can tell all ready. But I love this chair, it is sturdy and works great.

I bought this chair, and unfortunately, did not put it together right away as I had it as an extra. When I did, it was missing all the electrical parts, so I paid for a heat massage chair, and got a regular chair, that is narrow, and reclines all the way, you cannot not sit up and recline just the feet. I was unwilling to pay more to have it returned. Very bad buy. It will not let me do less then 1 star, this should be a no star review, sadly.

It's fine but sometimes it makes a strange sound in the back when it's vibrating

I’m so in love with this chair. Very comfortable & relaxing. I only wish the feet could go up higher but I love that it pretty much puts you flat. I’d definitely recommend it.

It is very small, im 5ft 2 in and my feet hang over it. I had a hard time getting the back to slide onto the bottom. The connection to the power cord is awful and keeps coming apart I had to tape it. It is very noisy when it is on . It says it has heat but I dont feel any heat. You can barely read the lettering on the remote I had to get a magnifying glass to make out what it said. Awful. Not happy with this product for what I paid to include shipping.

I have been an Amazon Prime member since 2006, and this is the worst purchase I have ever made. This chair should not be sold on Amazon. The quality of this chair is poor, the comfort level is lower than a 1 star. Do not purchase this chair from this company, I tried to send it back and was going to be charged 150.00 in return. NEVER PURCHASE anything from this company. IT'S NOT WORTH YOU MONEY! Completely dissatisfied with this purchase. SHAME ON YOU!

I bought this chair for my parents and they didn’t like it. Tried to return it and I had to pay $120 per box(total 2 boxes) to have it return. I paid more than what I paid for
