I ordered two and am very happy with them. The quality is great and assembly was simple. They are firm as others have said, but I find that a good thing! I don't like sinking down into a squishy chair and having to work to climb out of it when I want to stand up. For shorter people (specifically people with shorter legs), the chair does sit a bit high. I'm 5'5" and my toes just touch the ground when I'm scooted all the way back in the chair. Not a problem for me, but worth noting. The manual recline feature works easily, and closing the foot rest just requires leaning forward to shift your weight to the front edge of the seat.

Assembled chair, we have a dog that doesn’t like electrical equipment so we didn’t hook up massager or heater, after wings were put on if you twist from side to side every time you do so the wings make a popping noise, not hard to assemble, instructions can be hard to understand, thought the back looked taller, but sits pretty nice, wife likes the color

After getting the whole thing assembled, it was very obvious to see cushion was crooked, and one of the wings on the chair was shorter than the other. I did try the massage which worked very well and I love the look and color, but it’s a shame that it’s put together so poorly.Also, the chair I received does not have heat on the controller, even though it is advertised to have heat.

I recently bought the Wingback PushBack Recliner Chair, and overall, I’m pleased with my purchase. The price is excellent for a recliner chair with these features, and the style is really nice—it fits perfectly with the decor in my living room. The linen fabric is soft and the cushions are ultra-thick, making it a cozy spot to relax.However, there are a few drawbacks. The heating function doesn't get as warm as I would like, and the massage feature mainly focuses on the lower back. I wish it targeted a broader area, going higher up the back. Additionally, while the chair was somewhat easy to assemble and the instructions were mostly straightforward, I did have trouble getting the back of the chair pushed in all the way to the base of the chair.Overall, I'd rate this recliner 4 out of 5 stars. It's a great value for the price, especially with the added massage feature, but it could be improved with a better heating function and a more extensive massage range. If you're looking for a stylish and comfortable recliner with some extra features, this is a solid choice.

Easy to assemble, It took me 10 minutes. The massage feature is great, especially after a tiring day of work.

Chair is compact, sits high, more of a blue-gray color. Kids liked the vibration feature but there was no heat. Returned the chair for something more cozy
