Love the minimalist design and the paper holds sheen beautifully

Classic notebook, great paper-pen friction, nice ink retention.

Add a Midori plastic cover and you have one of the best notebooks you will ever use. Flawless paper, as always with Midori––particularly excellent for fountain pens, with no bleedthrough or feathering.The notebook lies flat when you open it on any page, making the experience of writing even more enjoyable.And if you like simple, clean design then the minimalist cream cover is perfect for you, especially, as I've already mentioned, with Midori's clear plastic cover to protect it. The combination of the two is practical (keeps the notebook clean, makes it very easy to slip in and out of a satchel/backpack) and adds a "premium-stationary" elegance to the feel and appearance.

I really have no words for this notebook, it's perfection in a notebook shape. Paper is smooth, high quality, accept fountain pen extremely well yet is very light and thin. The pages are of a pleasant cream colour. It isn't that pale cream from Moleskine nor that strong cream from Rhodia. And the craft put into this book is just phenomenal.

So few pages. This won't last me a month, and while the paper's very nice to write on (I use a pencil), I'm not sure I can justify buying the number of these that I'll need.

My daughter is a avid journaler and loves these notebooks. They are just the right size and lovely designs. You can also buy covers and it comes in lined squared or plain.

This notebook is excellent. Lovely quality paper - my fountain pen never seems to bleed or feather on it. And every page opens flat, making writing awesome. Compared to my Moleskine which often bleeds through and is awkward to write on, this wins hands down. The stickers for labelling your notebook are a nice touch too.Just be warned: the cover is made of paper and won't take much of a beating. Look after it or buy a cover.

Fit perfectly in my A5 notebook holder. Paper is smooth and the amount of pages are perfect for daily journaling. Didn’t purchase the cover as I already placed the notebook in a zipped cover. Really pleased. Would definitely purchase another.
