Underrated

Brought late 2020, been used and abused.Pros: large capacity, 3 USB-A ports, robust (has had many hard landings and even fell out my pocket whilst riding my motorbike at 50mph... case cracked and has some small holes but plugged with glue and still works!)Cons: not small (being powered by 18650s), has some weight, not the fastest charge but still ample to charge my S23 Ultra at decent speed, can only charge via Micro-USB (reccomend using both charge ports) which obviously has its limitations.Weighing up everything, I would definitely buy again. My only suggestion would for Anker to make a V2.0 and upgrade the charging in ports to Type-C at least.

Fantastic at what it does but it depends on what you’re looking for.

First let me say that this is the best portable charger I have ever used but it comes with a number of caveats. Let’s start with the good.Pros:1. Battery is huge and it charges devices quickly without draining too much of the battery. I can charge my iPad Pro twice as well as my phone and my headphones and still have some juice left over.2. It is reasonably portable - for long trips on planes or cars you can chuck it in your backpack and it will last you the whole trip - it is fantastic in this way. These are, in my opinion, the most important aspects of this device, and functionally it works perfectly - but buyers need to know somethings about it before deciding to go with this model.Cons:1) It is very large and very heavy. This noticeably weighs down my backpack and is not a device that you will be carrying around in your pocket or a smaller bag (such as a handbag). Anker does, however make smaller options so I would advice you to look at those if you are planning to carry the charger on your person at all times - I, myself, have a smaller battery back (10000 mah) which comfortably fits in the inside pocket of my coat for on-person charging.2) It takes an age to charge. This is an unfortunate side effect of the battery size and the fact that it uses micro-usb to charge. In order to charge fully it requires an overnight charge with two Micro-USB cables plugged in. I would have much preferred if they had included a USB-C port to allow for charging of the device and of USB-C devices (such as the iPad Pro with its USB-C to USB-C cable) as well as faster charging for the battery pack. So, if you are looking for a battery pack which is lighter and fits in a pocket or a small bag - this may not be for you but there are plenty of fantastic alternatives from Anker and other suppliers. If you are looking for something which can charge a laptop, an iPad and a phone all in one, that you want for travelling or that you don’t mind lugging around - you cannot do better than this.

Good power bank but bigger and heavier than most phones

Power bank exactly as advertised. Charges phones several times good and quick. Takes a while to charge itself, but then it's holding a lot of charge.

Probably the most over-rated review title on the Entirenet,but... "It does exactly what it says on the tin"

I was looking for the largest capacity power bank I could find to recharge to both my iPhone 5S and a Motorola Android 'phone at the same time, and have the extra socket to charge my partner's / another phone if needed. I play a lot of the MMO game "Ingress", and find that the battery on my phone runs flat in just a few hours with the screen on all the time, and so when attending a "Mission Day" or other all-day event, it's important to have a means to recharge on the move, "in the field", rather than having to rely on the kindness of stores like "Eat" and "Starbucks" for a charge.I have Ingress-playing friends who have Anker power banks and swear by the brand, so it was one I made a point of looking for and decided to buy despite the higher price compared to some others, plus it was one of the only ones at this price which had the three USB out sockets I wanted. I'd also read up on the speed of recharging from these larger-capacity power banks and so looked for one that had something akin to a "deliver as much power as the device can handle" systems, and which this has in the shape of Anker's "PowerIQ" feature. In the same way, I'd also read that the larger capacity banks take far longer to charge (obvious really) but I liked this Anker one as it boasted two separate USB input sockets (microUSB) enabling you to use two chargers / two USB outputs to charge the power bank simultaneously.Comes packed in a nice cardboard box, containing the device, user guide, two short microUSB to USB leads, and a rather inadequate (IMHO) travel pouch. When it was received it was showing 50% charged (two out of the four LEDs lit when the "enquiry" button was pressed), and using two high powered mains to USB chargers, I saw it charge to full capacity in just a few hours.In-use, it's fine; it charges three devices of mine simultaneously with no issues, and that's a mix of Motorola, Apple and LG-branded ones. Can't really say how much actual "true" capacity it has or how many times it will recharge device x on one full charge at the moment, as it's not had the use yet. If after having used it for some time and if I feel it doesn't deliver, I'll post back here.Pros;-3 x USB outputs for 3 device charging simultaneously-Intelligent charging-Double recharge facility.-Solid build quality.-Nice follow up email from Anker via Amazon asking if everything was OK following it's purchase.Cons;-It's heavy... I knew what it weighed when I ordered it, but I'd hoped I'd be able to drop it into my coat pocket and leave it there for emergencies, but at half a kilogram you really feel it. Not an issue so much if you are intending to carry it in a shoulder bag, but I'd say consider that, perhaps even putting something of a similar weight in your jacket / coat / bag etc to see how it will feel, before you buy.-No charger is included, although Anker do sell a suitable one. To get the most from this lump of battery you really need to have two high watt output USB chargers. I already had two Dell mains to USB plugs that are designed to run either a laptop or normal USB device from and which are capable of delivering up to 22w. These work great with it. If you just have two standard 5v 500mah chargers, you're going to see some HUGE recharge times, so bear that in mind too.-The travel pouch isn't very good; it's a basic "string pull top" bag, and if like me, you really want to put leads and emergency plugs with it to form a "charging kit" for travelling, you can't fit much else in it.-It comes with two USB to MicroUSB leads which I'm guessing are intended to be used to recharge the device itself. Both are short, thin types and don't look to be that great quality. What I'd like to have seen is three leads; one for each socket out but that two of could still be used for charging the device itself, or no leads at all (after all, there's no charger plugs included) and a reduction in the price however small. Most people buying one are very likely to already have a USB to device cable they would be using with it.For those reasons, I feel it drops to 4 stars. Most of them aside, perhaps bar the slow charging with standard USB to mains plugs, if it was just that bit lighter I would rate it 5.

I love this

I love this! Lasts me the whole of a festival or a weekend camping trip with power to spare! It is significantly larger than single use chargers, but for life span is super reasonable. I have attached a photo comparing the size to a iPhone 15. Super functional and easy to use!
