Nur genial
Ich benutze diese Presse für die Käseherstellung und bin sehr zufrieden. Es ist handlich und unkompliziert. Die anderen Kommentare habe ich mir durchgelesen und konnte vieles nicht nachvollziehen. Wenn es nicht genügend presst, vermute ich, dass zuwenig Masse reingegeben wurde. Vielleicht muss dann noch eine andere Art Masse oder Brett oder was auch immer, mit auf die Masse gelegt werden.Heute hatte ich mir aus Quark- und Joghurt Resten einen Frischkäse hergestellt. Die Masse war bis oben gefüllt und hat super gepresst. Die Molke habe ich zwischendurch ausgeschüttet und weiter gepresst und trotzdem presste es noch gut, obwohl die Masse schon weniger war. Ziegenfeta war auch erfolgreich. Tofu habe ich noch nicht probiert.
