Works as Advertised
The items I received look exactly the same as in the listing photos. The quality is similar to other third party memory cards I've seen. The adapter seems to be made of a bit higher-quality plastic, actually. Note that there is no Micro SD to (standard-size) SD adapter included. Not that it's advertised — I'm just pointing out that you'll likely need one in order to insert the card into your PC or laptop. As for playing games, I was able to get most of the games I tried so far to work after watching some tutorial on YouTube. There is also a text file on the Micro SD card with basic instructions and some links which came in handy. The card actually comes pre-loaded with a bunch of games you can try out right away. I wasn't interested in most of them but it's good that you can plug it in right away to check if it's working. Note that the PS2 or the homebrew software which enables this is very sensitive to fragmentation on the card. I had issues with games not loading at all or freezing before getting into gameplay due to fragmentation. I recommend using some software to check for fragmentation after each time you add or delete files. The software suggested in the instructions worked for me. Note also that you may not be able to get every single game working — it's homebrew software so your milage may vary depending on the model of your PS2, the version of the game, the settings of the software, etc. As I said, most of the games I tried did work fine eventually, but some didn't no matter what I tried (for instance Ico). You might want to check some compatibility lists online to see if other people have had any luck with the games you want to play. I have a 90004 PAL model PS2 and that's what I tested on. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. The hardware works as expected. It gives me a relatively easy way to enjoy the odd PS2 game on original hardware. There is some tinkering required but that's to be expected with unofficial homebrew solutions.

Buyer Beware, potentially unusable
Arrived very quickly and overall probably just requires some tweaking. (which would probably require a small thumb drive)The FreeMcBoot memory card wouldn't launch OPL after 3 tries despite the FMCB software working initially, so was basically useless for the MX4SIO, this could potentially be because of my PS2 even though it is a 3000 Phat Model and should be compatible. Luckily I have a FreeMcBoot memory card that I got in a different MX4SIO kit from ebay and it works with the MX4SIO SD reader included in this kit.The SD card included is 64gb and works, the FMCB Card works but won't launch OPL, the reader works quite well. The MX4SIO is a great idea, but I would probably look into other methods of acquiring one if you want a seamless plug and play experience, as this one only worked for me, once I used the FMCB card from a different kit.

No problems here
Didn't have any of the issues affecting the previous reviewer. Opened product, plugged cards into my EU launch 30003 Phat PS2 & playing TF Card games within seconds. Easy to remove & add games using my PC. Great price for the cards & includes a 64gb card & all with next day delivery. Very pleased, a great PS2 product for serious retro gamers wanting to conserve unnecessary laser wear on their aging consoles.

Buyer Beware
Followed several guides online on how to make use of the device - the FMCB card isn't magicgate certified and while the files showed up initially in OPL, I went to put more on the card and files wouldn't show up anymore. Tried several different methods and nothing. Be sure you're willing to take the risk - if it works for you, then great, but be prepared in case it doesn't.
