A very nice ring although the fidget ring seems a little looser than it ought to be.

I'm really happy with this ring, it spins nicely and doesn't look cheap or tacky. Personally it really surprised me how much it helped me with not biting my nails when I'm anxious; I did not actually expect them to make a difference but I do not bite them at all when I have fidget rings on.Worth noting, this ring is very chunky -- the spinning portion is raised pretty significantly from the band, so it doesn't have a slender silhouette like some other fidget rings I have. You will definitely feel it against the fingers to either side of the ring finger. That might be a positive if feeling it's presence there helps with the distraction or works as a reminder to use it.Overall worth the value IMO. The band and stones are very pretty and look quality so I love it even just as an accessory. Doesn't look "fidget ring" at all from a glance.

I really like this ring. I was worried about the spinning ability due to the cheap price but it honestly feels fine, it’s not super smooth but I kind of prefer that so it’s not spinning a ton while I’m doing day to day activities. The weight of it is pretty nice, i like the way it looks quit a bit. I will wear it while showering and sleeping, will update with quality information. *I bought a size 10 if anyone is curious.

I feel like the look of this ring. The gold matches my real gold wedding ring the stones stay put. Doesn’t feel cheap and you can wash your hands and wear without skin turning any color. The only thing is the spinner function does feel a bit catchy if that makes sense. It use to spin around and around with one twist but now it just moves if you are moving it. Still great anxiety/ fidget ring. It does get scratched but you cannot see the scratches unless you are looking super close and still then they are gold not discolored. I would order again for-sure!

I love this! I was looking for anxiety rings that are cute and this is it. I looked online and I wasn’t into spending $50+ for a fidget spinner on my finger lol and they were not my tastes at all. This is fashionable and discrete. Unless I tell people they don’t know it’s for anxiety or even that it spins.I have stopped picking at my nails and instead play with this ring on phone calls, difficult conversations, etc and no one knows. I highly recommend for people that are looking for a fidget spinner!
