ZAKVOOR 60 Pcs Star Balloons 12 Spike Foil Explosion Party Decoration Balloons for Christmas New Year Eve Birthday (Silver)

These are a very nice looking balloon but they come in pieces and you have to blow and twist each one.I found using a coffee stick to pull up the area to insert the helium tip worked best. They didn't hold the helium so we had to just put them in our towers, now I am not sure if the global helium shorted had anything to do with this because we had to buy a party store helium tank and unless the balloon was large they never floated.Because we had to decorate a day in advance we found them a little deflated the next morning, they didn't hold the air well for a long period if time but if you are using them right away they are really cool

I can’t remember if it states if they can float or not. I bought for my wedding and day of realized they didn’t float. Still worked out but definitely keep that in mind!
