Bitdefender Antivirus Plus 2017 1 Device 1 Year PC

My review would be helpful for people like me- little to no experience with computer/antivirus installation.If you purchase the 2017 edition like I did you will have to install it, uninstalled it then upgrade to the 2018 edition (which I didn't know prior to purchasing this but in the end I saved a few bucks since there's no additional charge to upgrade).INSTALLATIONInstallation was a little difficult because there weren't any instructions besides "enter disk" and "Run". I contacted cs they were very helpful and patient with getting me all set up. Prior to purchasing I was told this has firewall protection and antispam. After installation I learned that it does not have those 2 protection features. I contacted cs again and now I've been upgraded for better protection.I'll update my stars after some time has passed and I can see how well I'm protected

I have no idea how to rate something like this. Does these things really do it’s job it claims to do????. I can only say that it was easy to install and it was delivered in a timely manner. My computer is approximately a year old and so far is virus free (knock on wood)! If I do get a virus however, I will rate this later , and a one star will will definitely be too much.

This product totally sucks it blocks all internet access, shuts it down so that you can not gain any kind of access to the internet can not connect to bitdefender sight it self, and when I contacted the so called tech support they told me to go to the firewall settings and turn it off the only problem is I didn't get it with this version witch I downloaded from there server and they said go to the stealth mode screen and turn it off, problem number two no stealth screen area in the program, problem three tech could not seem to fathom these facts, if you want software that is frustrating and blocks you internet 100% by all means buy the product, otherwise buy someone else's. just wish I could get my money back

This is the best product I've bought in amazon, I love it, I'm always looking for things and pages to see novels or free series and all of them bring their viruses and there is not one that escapes, brings its own independent part to make payments with Its virtual keyboard so that no one can decipher your passwords, it is the only one that has detected everything from the antivirus that I have installed, and arrived early enough thanks amazon !!!!

Had to uninstall after 3 months and would not allow me to reinstall for remainder of term

Good product from invasive on your computer. Easy to install. Company has excellent service that can answer any questions buyers may face with the product. Excellent purchase!
