Great product. i broke my elbow and needed the next step for healing from my soft cast. The velcro is strong and well attached. The material is soft but does attract every piece of lint, string, pet hair etc. I used a lint roller and that helped. This is easy to put on and take off. This keeps your arm stable and my elbow was well cushioned (with the insert) and because there’s velcro straps it can be as snug as you need and adjusted should your injury/recovery have swelling. I used an ace bandage under mine just by choice. Sleeping in this, as I chose because of necessity, was comfortable and kept my elbow and arm protected and in the correct position. I would firmly recommend this product!

I LOVE THESE, PERFECT FOR ELBOW PROBLEMS. THIS BRACE IS LIKE A CAST, I HAD TO USE SOMETHING LIKE THIS WITH MY RIGHT ELBOW AND NOW THE RIGHT ELBOW DOESN'T HURT. SO THIS BRACE FEELS JUST LIKE THE HALF CAST I USE ON MY RIGHT ELBOW. SO IF YOU HAVE ELBOW PROBLEMS GET THIS FAST! THANK YOU AMAZON!

I had a radial head fracture with a sore bruised elbow, filled with fluid from the trauma. This brace will do very well through the healing process but if your looking for initial pain relief right after an accident, only full immobilization with a cast can do that. This brace fits well and has enough support for the issue, combo it with a sling and you’re good. My only gripe is the non removable metal support insert is too long and dug into my wrist but It was simply solved with some padding

Great immobilizer. Helped to keep my mom's hand immobilized. Was comfortable enough to sleep wearing it.

It's ok. It stops me from overusing my elbow after surgery, and it's more comfortable than a sling. It's just a little too big to really be comfortable. My elbow doesn't fully sit in the corner of the brace without the forearm part being too long and covering party of my hand, and the upper arm part is just a little too long making it chafe and become really uncomfortable under my armpit. Overall, for me, it's better than a sling digging into my neck, but it's not as good as it could be if it were sized properly. For context, I'm 5'3" with normal proportions, and it's not sized for me.

I read some really good reviews, however when I got the item in the mail it looked used and you need 2 people to put this brace on correctly. The elbow does not go into the brace as intended to, can not apply brace without 2 people, no pain relief just very disappointed.Don't purchase if you live alone!

Fit well and help stabilize the elbow relieving some of the pain

This brace was very sturdy and really holds the elbow in place. Trying to put it on by myself with one hand was a little challenging but after a few times of doing it, it wasn’t too bad.It does allow you to use your hand and move your wrist around which is good.I liked that I could still keep my shoulder moving around so it wouldn’t freeze up. It does get a little heavy after a while so you still need to either occasionally a sling or simply sit and rest your arm.
