The quality of the product
We love the extraction of the flavor simply awesomeYou need to keep the machine really clean but that doesn’t matterYou need to do some little work to obtain the final product as holding the container of the milk in order to the machine froth it but again it doesn’t matter as wellThe taste of the coffee is so great

I loved it but too expensive to work less than two months.
I loved it. I used it about 50 percent of the days since I got it. I convinced others to buy it. My return window ended jan 31. It’s Feb 9. It asked me to descale. I bought descaler and followed the directions. It no longer turns on. I’ve done all the power-related problem solving. I’m pretty upset.

Coffee Machine
The SMEG Fully Automatic Coffee Machine is fantastic! It’s easy to use, simple to clean, and has a beautiful design that I love. It makes great coffee and looks amazing in my kitchen. Highly recommend!

Never worked consistently but when it does, coffee is good
Love the Smeg brand and design. The machine is possibly over-engineered or we received a refurbished model. Consistently the sensors would note a full canister or lack of water, when that wasn’t the case. Water pump fully quit after eight months,so I’m going to sell it for parts on eBay. Disappointing because this was a birthday present for my partner who loves Smeg and coffee.

I don't know why people gives less stars
Maybe it seems pricy,but you are not only get it's brand name,it's the design,it shines for your kitchen or living room.And they know how to make a proper coffee than Sturbucks combin with Kimbo coffee beans,it would be another level.

Weak coffee and odd functions, but it's a Smeg!
Okay, this is nice looking machine and it says Smeg in big letters across the top. You're basically paying for those big letters. You will need to do at least two shots per cup - this means waiting for the machine to whirr and beep for a minute or so between shots. You'll put up with it though, because it's a Smeg. You will also put up with the malfunctions; it will tell you the bean area is empty when it isn't and that the used coffee area is full when it isn't. It's a Smeg though. Also, if you are using the steam option to froth milk and it runs out of water, the second you put back the full water canister, the steam will begin again. You'll only experience this once though, because you will be too terrified to let it happen again. It's dangerous and odd but that's fine, because it's a Smeg.
