Although we keep trying other products like this, we keep returning to this one as it seems to work better and fit better. The description of how much liquid it holds is more accurate and there is less leaking around the edges. The size large fits very well whereas with other products, the size large is smaller, and yet extra large falls down around the ankles. It remains odor, free as advertised and pricewise. It is a little easier on the budget than some other makes. It seems to give the wear more confidence and comfort at the same time which is a bonus for this type of product. We would recommend it and will continue buying it under these circumstances.

After you have them on for an hour or so, they just feel like underpants.The leg openings are somewhat high cut, but that's ok for me. I have always bought high cut panties, so once again - perfect.There is no obnoxious perfuming to these pants which I'm grateful for. I imagine that is what caused the burning skin irritation in the other brand. Still I'm not finding odor to be that much of a problem. It's only natural for urine to have odor. But it is absorbed and contained in such a way that the smell is minimal.I can't say I've tried every brand on the market. But I read plenty of reviews by folks who say they have - and still ended up buying Amazon. So I couldn't be better satisfied. Excellent product, great price, and I have the added security I need.Look I know it's hard to buy this kind of product. Nobody wants to feel like they are losing control of their life; and incontinence is exactly that, if anything is!But you really need to take this bull by the horns and manage it. There is never shame in caring for yourself and your personal dignity. Being in denial and walking around in wet clothes is 1000 times worse.
