I’ve been using Airborne for many years. I travel for work so I’m on an airplane every other week. I drink an Airborne every day I’m out of town and I have yet to get sick from traveling. I don’t use it when I’m home unless I feel like I’m trying to get sick. I’m convinced that taking it when traveling is giving me the boost of vitamins I need. These are great for travel. I usually take one tablet in the morning when I know I’m going to be in crowded areas as an extra boost to the immune system. The taste is ok at best.

I swear by this stuff when traveling to avoid getting sick. I used to end up sick every time I traveled to new regions but since I've been taking these after mixing them in water, I've avoided the bugs about 95% of the time. They are easy to mix and dissolve after a few minutes in cold or room temp water and are very smooth and don't taste bad. I do wish they still made the grapefruit one as I hate orange the berry is nice, but still loved the grapefruit flavored versions of these. Highly recommend!
