Yes, definitely. It was the main reason I got it because I felt like my form was off. It makes it so you only use your ab muscles and not your neck.

Q: How do you determine which size is best for you?

I got the wider one and shorter one because it's fits my five foot stature better. Most gyms have the narrower and longer ones.

No a workout video is not included but if you go on line there is an excellent video demonstration that I used for a while till I knew it by heart I will try to find it

Very Impressed

This abmat is excellent quality and very reasonably priced. It is just the right firmness. Not too hard and not too soft. Compared to others at twice the price, I feel it's every bit as good. The 2-year warranty is also an added bonus.I have already recommended to my fitness friends!
