Disappointing! Lumps that don't go away
Bought it a few months ago. Not out dated because label says good for another 7-8 monthsWanted to bake a cake for husband's birthday.So instead of making the usual Victoria Sandwich cake, I tried this cake mix.Small lumps of flour just refused to dissolve. Even tried beating for nearly 6 minutes, no use. Lumps just refused to go.Since the result would be like a cake with measles, threw it out and making a regular Victoria Sandwich like every year.Maybe this was from a bad batch. But I will not risk another buy.I have a chocolate cake mix too. Dreading what will happen
