5 stars? Well, I just installed it. I'm giving this review because I've seen 1-star reviews on similar products because of installation issues. So, this came with, obviously the new showerhead holder that attaches to my existing angled pipe coming out for the shower in the shower tiles, accepts the new shower hose and that accepts the new shower head. The kit came with more than enough rubber gaskets (I think 4 altogether) and plumber's tape (which i used to cover "male" threads on connections). So, I install the whole thing step by step and before I turn the water on, I go to put showerhead in holder. Seems that showerhead hits ceiling of shower and holder is too high, my heart sank! But after getting pissed I started fooling around with the shower head and holder, and "lo and behold" the holder moves! I am able to put showerhead (angled, like when you take a shower) in holder. So, I'm happy with that and I turn on the water (switching from faucet to shower and the showerhead works but water is spraying from where the showerhead holder connects to the existing pipe in my shower. So, I remembered 'complaints' in reviews of products like this of similar things happening and my heart sank again. Then (bravery test) I decided to tighten (not going overboard maybe 1/4-1/2 turn) the fitting using an adjustable vice grip (not over tightening grip!) and retried it. Problem solved! No leaks unit works as expected. This is the thing, I bought this for '$17.98' right? Is it mostly cheap plastic? Yes. If I had to hire a plumber to come in to do what I did literally under 5 minutes for him to even step in the bathroom is at least $125, right? So, I had to figure it out. How long will this product last? I don't know right now, but I also have to consider "I chose" this product over ones that cost double or triple this cost. Hopefully, I get lucky, and it does. This 5 stars in this review is NOT for the quality of the materials, just for the installation. Again, my expectations are low due to the price. So, if you want to buy this or something like this take that into consideration.

I was a little hesitant to buy this because some of the reviews said it leaked. I am super happy to say it does not. It comes with more rubber gaskets than are even needed. And it came with that white plumbers tape too. I followed the simple directions and had it ready to go in just a few minutes.I love the high pressure setting. Wow, it really is strong! I live in CA where they keep the water pressure low. For the past 10 years all the shower heads I've used have simply drooled on me. But this, this is nice!!!And I love the functionality of it. Makes cleaning my shower much easier. And bathing my little dogs easier too. This shower head does something I've never seen before, when you move the lever to different spray options, one of the options is off. Which is great when you're washing an animal, I don't have to keep turning the faucet on and off.I couldn't be happier with this product and I high recommend it! And the price is very good 👍 I paid big bucks for a name brand that was difficult to install and had terrible pressure. I used it for 6 years and now I'm kicking myself for not switching sooner. This was the best $20 I've spent in a long time.

I had a regular shower head for low flow in the attempt to up the water pressure in my shower. It was ok, then I broke my ankle and needed a hand held shower. I chose this one after reading the reviews.OMG!!!!! I never realized that the hose added so much pressure to the flow. Even just using the regular spray has the same effect as the massaging setting. It has the regular spray, a mist spray, a massage spray and combination regular/mist and regular/massage spray too. The best part is there is a pause setting that shuts the water off until you want it back on. I sit for about 30 minutes just under the spray, it feels that good!The only problem I have is that it leaks from the arm attachment. I tried several times trying to screw it on the pipe from different starting points to no avail. It tightens down completely when screwed to the right of straight up. I even used the included teflon tape but that didn't stop the dripping either. I guess I'll have to get some silicone to stop the leak. It's no big deal, just a slight drip, but it sets off my OCD.Installation was pretty easy, but I did have problems with the part that actually moves the shower head up and down. You have to unscrew the large ring part on the attachment and push the white piece down into the ring. Once I finally got it unscrewed, it was an easy thing to do. Until I did this, the ball that controls the angle of the shower head wouldn't move at all.I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a decent shower head. It makes your water pressure easily double!

I have mixed feelings about this.There are several different settings, but they are all extreme. No matter what, you're being attacked by water. Tiny pins of water, aggressive blobs of water, a combination of the 2.I have it set between two settings so the water is a bit less aggressive. But, I guess if you're looking for a less gentle shower experience, you'd really like this.I will say, it was very easy to install. The instructions were simple. I've never installed a shower head before, and I did it easily and quickly.I'm still giving it 4 stars because I'm using it, and found a way to make it work. But I'm not in love with it.

This is a good hand-held shower. It has six shower settings including a 'pause' to stop the water flow. The hose is a good length and makes cleaning the shower an easy task. My first one lasted 3 years but I did not exercise caution when changing settings. The dial lever snapped off.Note that the shower head is not metal so use care in changing shower settings. I liked it well enough to purchase again and I'll buy it again in 3 years if necessary. For the price, it's worth it.
