Q: How many papers are in the package

Since 2019 there are only 12 sheets of paper and 1 acrylic sheet.

Q: Can I use this inside with the sun coming in through the windows?

Yes you can. This paper reacts to any sun light.

Q: Would this be good paper for pinhole cameras? My class is making them in third grade.

The amount of light you would get inside of a camera is so slight that it would not make an image on the paper. This kind of paper needs direct sunlight for exposure. However, you can laser print photographs on transparencies, and make sun prints that way.

Q: Rinsing with water didn’t stop the process. Any suggestions??

Sorry, I can't help. Bought several packs of this over the years for my granddaughters. They are fascinated by it, love it & have never said anything about stopping the process.
