If you are starting to not feel well like you may be coming down with something this works great for me. They are chewable so no swallowing. It always seems to lessen anything that I may get.

Great for boosting overall immunity and adding another layer of protection against sickness, especially good for those months when you are most prone to falling sick. Personally, I switched the the gummy version as I found that those tasted better but these still work great too.
