These are exactly as described, the shoes are good quality and your heels are well supported over the wheels. And i feel cool wearing them! My only issue is that they're hard to walk naturally in when the wheels are in - you have to walk on your toes a bit. If you forget and put your heel down first you may fall down (not happened to me). This may be because i'm too old to properly learn these - must stare at some children next time i go to a shopping centre... Steps are easy though, and the tool provided makes swapping wheels for plugs and vice versa quite easy.

I bought these as a birthday gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves them already. They arrived when expected, are a great design (I'm not keen on all the designs but the black plimsoll with the rainbow eyelets is so pretty) and are easy to change from wheel to shoe function.

Love these heeleys! Had been debating weather to get some of these for my daughter and finally made the decision to go for it, so glad I did as they are perfect! The fitting was excellent and they are a very well made shoe, my daughter says they are so comfy (and she is extremely fussy with the fitting of shoes) you have the added bonus of being able to remove the wheels should you wish.
