Good mini stepper 😊
This mini stepper is okay, the foot holders click with every step (I think is a tiny little space left between the plastic and the metal, on purpose), but nothing noisy or annoying. Otherwise the stepper remains completely silent. I have read the instructions and in the book I received there’s no specification it should be used for only 15 minutes. Easy instructions just remove it from the box attach the cords and youre good to go. Safe as well, easy to keep balance while getting on and off it, pedals non slip and enough space on them even for persons with a big foot. The space left on the pedals doesn’t bother me at all and sometimes I place my feet back or forth on them. It’s pleasant to train on it, and can have a good hiit workout or just slight cardio. Tone, train, lose weight. Good quality hydraulic system and option to adjust height. I personally prefer dumbbells instead of the cords for a full body workout because I feel they keep pulling me toward the ground and I don’t feel like the movements are quite natural, or no cords at all, unless I would just hold them there to help me toning if I was a beginner. Try to keep a good posture while on it (suck your belly in, stand up tall, shoulders down, straight back) and you definitely have better results and avoid back pain or injury. That’s how you make it a full body workout. If you don’t like the cords or don’t have dumbbells at home and you are a beginner, just use your hands and move them first, then start with some water bottles comfortable for you until you decide to get dumbbells if you want and can. On YouTube you can find different types of workouts that might make yours more pleasant and help you keep going and reach your goals. I contacted help support with a question and I got their reply in around 24 hours. The item was shipped SIOC by Amazon, perfect delivery as every time. I received a battery plus one spare. A good item overall, I recommend, and I’d like to thank the herein community for posting all the reviews that helped me make my choice. Thanks and happy stepping ☺️

Decent little machine ! Happy with my purchase .
Great little machine if you don’t want a treadmill or to go out running.I aim for 800 steps a day which is 20 mins and I do get a little sweat and heat rate increase . To create more resistance I kind of squat to feel the burn. I don’t really use the bandsPros : small , compact , light weightCons: it’s not silent , slight noise but this doesn’t bother me . You might want to use an exercise mat underneath it not because it marks the floor but to make less noise if you use in your bedroom for example or live in a flat .

Like climbing a mountain!
This is a great machine for getting a sweat on.Yiu can set the step height, so if you're tall or short, want it easy and quick or more difficult and slower, you can easily configure the height needed.I'm 6ft and I've it set to quite a high step height. It's smooth, quiet and stable. The rubber stoppers on the feet are maybe a little plasticky, so it might be better to use it on carpet, or a mat, rather than on laminate or hardwood. I've used it on wood flooring and it feels like repeated use might either mark the floor or the stopper itself will crack. However, there's no sign of that happening yet so it might not be the case. Time will tell.It will really work the legs, be warned! There's good resistance in the stepper, meaning you have to power through the steps. The hand grips are comfortable and fit bigger hands comfortably. If you have giant hands, then maybe not so comfortable. The tension in the arm exercisers is a fraction of that in the stepper, so they're fairly easy. But they help keep the rhythm and balance, so maybe they have a wider use beyond just exercise. This is a very good mini stepper!

Great cardio equipment with Minor Stability Issue
This stepper is an excellent piece of equipment for toning your legs and getting a great workout. I’ve only used it a few times so far, but I can already feel the muscles in my legs engaging and working effectively, especially in the calves, thighs, and glutes. It’s a really efficient way to get a good cardio session while focusing on strengthening and toning lower body muscles. The only downside I’ve found is that it doesn’t have handles to help you stay steady and maintain balance, which could be an issue for some users, especially during more intense workouts. Despite that, I’ve already recommended it to several friends, and they’ve purchased it as well. It’s an affordable, compact, and useful tool for anyone looking to tone their legs at home.

Happy
It is extremely noisy. Its works and I do use daily. Has helped with me being able to run more when I go for a outside walk/run. Just not happy about how much noise it makes with each step. so I can. not use it in the am for a 430am workout as other in the house can hear it. when tv is on then others in the house cannot hear as loud.

Robust & quiet but not for the mature person
It's a sturdy & decent weight exerciser but I would not recommend this for the older generation because it makes you feel as if you are going to topple forward, thus important to be next to a fridge, dining table or door for support when mounting on & off.To me the stepper does not feel as if you are getting a good leg work out. It's too hard on the knees as the range movement is too restricted, unlike a stationary cycle where leg movement is wider & not hard on knees. As function goes, it does not really mimic walking which is what I was expecting. It is fairly quiet. I prefer the function of the stationary cycle over the stepper, however, I will keep this this to improve my stability which will be when I feel safer not toppling forward & not needing support, which am sure it's doable. Good price point for the quality.
