Seller Lokesh Technolgeis sent wrong product, Lost 6600 rupees
I have previously witnessed that dazzle is able to convert VHS tapes to digital at commercial conversion shop. So I ordered on amazon for myself but unfortunately seller Lokesh Technolgeis (that is spelling of his store name) sent me an old version dazzle device USB v1.0 in new box, which does not work at all. I feel cheated, i lost my hard earned money of 6600 rupees. Please save your money and time and avoid Lokesh Technolgeis.Just one question this is a USB 1.0 (slow data transfer) Capture card. How can you capture HD. It is not even capturing SD quality videos.Performance 0/5 stars for performance.The card is USB 1.0. The video cassette which plays perfectly when connected to tv or other capture card plays horribly in this dazzle the converter, video quality is completely useless.I already have used a couple of capture cards like easy cap, aver media pci slot based capture cards,The performance of lower priced cards is better ironically.If you want to end up paying 3 times the priceget a cheap non-functional product,call customer care 4 or 5 times, call seller many times,get a rude answer from seller andget asked by seller for remote access to your desktopget asked by seller to visit some store of his in your city and pay his technician to verify if it usb 1.0(it is written on device clearly as USB v1.0)have no return /refund and finally waste literally burn your 6600 hard earned money,finally regret wasting your money, energy, patience and literally have a zero productivitythen definitely buy this.

Third grade, not working
Not properly working, lots of issues in capturing, face to much trouble to detect the video, & when video appears not smoothly play, play in splitations like scratch disk & no match in Audio Video, very poor quality, never buy it
