Q: what is the material made it

Their website says commercial grade galvanized plate metal (not dishwasher safe)

Q: Does this require lower temp and long time to bake than normal? all the lower reviews seems to have same issue w hard time baking a solid good cake??

it depends on how much batter you use in each individual tin, i only fill it up to 1/3 if you must use more batter, i would probably lower the temp to 325 and bake a little longer

Q: if this pans are not dishwasher safe how do you clean them?

After I take the cake out I wipe with a dry paper towel, wash with warm soapy water then let dry on a drying rack. Do not put in dishwasher or soak they will change color.
