I recently purchased these colour toner cartridges, and I am incredibly impressed with their performance for the price paid. The print quality is sharp and vibrant, with decent colours. I've been using them for several weeks now, and they have lasted a lot longer than I expected, making them a great value for the price. Absolutely nothing to be worried about when ordering this compatible toner. Print quality is fantastic.All cartridges worked except the Magenta. I contacted Customer Services via Online Chat and was taken through the steps to reset the Magenta toner cartridge. Instructions were very easy to follow and immediately resolved the problem. Online Chat, I believe, is 24 hrs and very quick to respond. Think I waited only 2 minutes for someone to help me and this was at 22:30Therefore, not only is the product exceptional quality, the Customer Service definitely & faultlessly backs up the product, which is a great recommendation.Will certainly be purchasing further supplies from True Image again and without hesitation.

Only received yesterday but have put colours in and they print out fine. Very good value.

Fantastic value for money. These have lasted us for ages!They work exactly as the originals and are just as good, if not better.The colours are as good as the original toner cartridges.These fit perfectly and are fully compatible, no error messages or warnings are displayed.

The toner cartridge did not fit HP mfp 426. I tried to return it and I was directed to my local post office on Bury Road. When I got there, I was told they do not accept it. Now I am stuck with the cartridges costing over £45. This is the first time I had to return an item. Very disappointing.

Great value and product

The product looked like that on the description. Fitted ok and was recognised by the machine as high yield cartridges.I don't understand why non branded toner cartridge manufacturers find it so difficult to make a reliable magenta cartridge. (Having had and use a number of laser toner printers, its the magenta that has most issues) This cartridge is the weak link in the set. It sometimes works without issue, or it decides to put a solid magenta line down the page, as if there was a big scratch on the drum, which was my first thought when I first saw it.The yield of the cartridges, however seam to be more like standard rather than hi capacity. Which is frustrating as although they are cheaper than the outrageous Brother cartridges, they are still very expensive compared to other cartridges that offer higher yield for one's buck. This is why I change to another brother machine because it would be so much cheaper to run. It was my fault I did not check consumable prices before I bought the machine as I normally do. (52% cheaper £56 compared to £125, depending on other brands it can be greater)So this machine sits doing nothing until something goes wrong with my Brother 8260.
