Good for preproduction design, Holds uP and breadboards stable
This board is good for design purposes, holding both the uP and breadboard array steady. Width is sufficient for large breadboard panel with both power rails maintained, To add another panel requires removing three power rails for both units to fit into the breadboard section, making the use of an onboard power supply difficult as they usually are attached to the power rails. An undesirable trade off in my mind, if you have a large real estate project. I would prefer an opening for two large breadboards (800+ point) to fit, without having to remove the power rails. The jury is out on the supplied smaller (400 point) breadboards stacked side to side to be used with this board. I am sure that there is no advantage to orientating the breadboards vertically vs the norm of horizontal orientation. Despite, what I would consider to be minor personal biases which can be worked with, the product is well designed, accepts both Arduino and Pi boards in separate bays, allowing the design to be developed on both uP boards without having to reconfigure the palate for the individual processor boards. It comes supplied with mounting hardware and drivers for the mounting hardware. Physically, seems to be a strong, relatively inflexible board, which is a plus and can be easily attached to a table or carrier plate It would be nice to have a parts bin to temporally hold parts not in use while building the design or in the testing process. Whether or not the panel is anti-static conductive, I haven't tested for that, but would suspect it isn't and certainly doesn't have provisions for grounding.

Board needs some redesign
This is a nice product, and is useable, but it does have a couple of really annoying design flaws. These design flaws do make using this baseplate feel somewhat awkward, and the cable management is more difficult.1. When both a Raspberry Pi and a 2560 board are installed, the SD card slot on the the RPi is functionally blocked by a header, on the 2560 board. The small standoffs, that are provided with the baseplate, do not elevate the RPi sufficiently, to clear this header.2. When both a Raspberry Pi and another board are installed, their USB inputs are on opposite sides of the baseplate, requiring an awkward USB cable connection.3. The screw holes, for the breadboard retainer clips, are in the wrong place. While each breadboard has an adhesive foam back, these will permanently glue the breadboards in place. If you want to allow the breadboards to be removable, the clips would be used, but with the screw holes in their present position, the clips will cover some of the breadboard holes, when used. Both problems 1 & 2 could be resolved by shifting the 2560 screw-in area to below the breadboard area, but flip it, so that the 2560 board's USB connections are presented along the same edge, as the RPi USB connections. This would result in a more T-shaped appearance. Problem 3 could be resolved by shifting the clips to opposite sides of the breadboards, where they would only press down on the power rail color stripes, and would not cover any holes. If redesigned in this manner, as a T-shaped baseplate, a majority of the cables would be along a single edge,

Good quality kit for bread boarding with Arduino and Raspberry Pi
This is a nice kit to hold your project neatly together. Works great with Arduino Uno and Mega. Also with raspberry Pi 4You put your breadboard below and makes it easy to wire up your projects. Rubber feet on the bottom keeps board from sliding on desk which is nice. This product would be perfect for people who move their projects around a lot.The only thing that could make this better would be more room for breadboards (you can never have enough breadboard room.)Definitely worth a buy!!!

Great little combo kit for both raspberry pi and arduino
Pretty awesome kit. It holds the bread boards in a convenient and stable location. It is great to be able to hold both a raspberry pi and the arduino. The power supply is convenient and works with other brands of bread board as well. Just be careful to observe the polarity when you insert it into the breadboard so the positive markings on the board match the psu polarity. Otherwise you might accidentally wire something backwards!I haven’t used all the little electrical parts but the parts I have used have been great.Combining the raspberry pi running node red with an arduino is a great way to get more input flexibility and simplicity into the pi environment. Love it

Handy tool in the box of parts, with some assembly required
o You can find this at most electronics stores selling Arduino miscellany. Perhaps maybe even cheaper?o I removed one power strip from one of the small breadboards included and both from a second, then hooked the three so than I ended up with a power strip between each. The result left me with a little free space open on one side, but it works for me! Already built several circuits using it with an Arduino Uno.o Imagine my surprise while browsing through the local Micro Center for "accessories" and found this toy hanging on a peg! Well next time I'll check there before I wait for the mail delivery to drop it off in my box.

Very handy RAB organizes experiments
Breadboard wiring won't always fall apart with the use of these breadboard holders, that are also good for Arduino & RPi boards & add-on HATs & Shields.

Very useful for prototyping
I got one of these and after using it for a week I found it so useful I bought two more. Now I can move prototypes around without losing connections, etc.

perfe
Perfect for what they are intended for. If you have a desire to use your Arduino and your pi together, this is exactly what you need. Good quality. Provides a place for both boards and a breadboard. Both boards fit perfecly.
