I have dogs who are prone to ear infections, so I have to keep them clean weekly. When I called my vet about switching brands, she directed me to this product. So far, it works far better than many I have used over the past 15 years. It seems to dry faster and not linger in the ear for a day or more. And my dogs don't shake their head all day after a good cleaning.

I used it as a topical application on a rash my dog gets periodically that I believe is from a grass allergy. Malaket cleared it up before she could lick herself to the point it became infected/irritated. As soon as the rash began, I used Malaket, applied with cotton. I also put it on her paws - in between her toes. The best success is to begin as soon as you notice symptoms.

My bulldog doesn't mind me doing his ears when I use this. I have to do his ears at least 4 times a week because of allergies.

For the size of this little bottle, the cost is gouging, for certain. I will not purchase it again.

Makes cleaning ears easy

I have a miniature Dachshund, a breed notorious for getting yeast in their ears. Earlier this year, I had to move, and somewhere in the process, my "stash" of ear medication went missing. In clipping my dog's claws, it also appeared to me that he might have a fungal infection (perhaps due to allergy, I now believe) in between two claws on both feet and one set on a rear paw. Being on a VERY limited income right now, and having dealt with yeasty ears (constantly shaking head/ears, etc...), I ordered this product for ears and used it for the paws, as well. I WAS THOROUGHLY PLEASED! It saved me a trip to the vet for a problem I already knew about, it quickly cleared up the ears, and between it and a spray for skin allergies (Of all things, I believe he's allergic to grass!), the constant licking of the affected paws has reduced to a "cleaning" level, versus an "My paws are driving me crazy and I cannot stop licking them, nor scratching my ears with them and spreading the fungus!" level. If you've dealt with fungal issues before with your dog, and you KNOW FOR SURE that's what you're dealing with, then hands down, 100%, purchase this product and give it a try. It saved me time, money, and frustration.
