LOG BARN Semi Flush Mount Ceiling Light with Seeded Glass Shade for Living Room, Bedroom, Kitchen, Hallway, W12 x H8, Black

Was in the market for a flush mount fixture for our low ceilings in the kitchen. Behold this beauty that was under $100. I fell in love with a seated glass and also the overall matte finish. In hindsight, I wish I would’ve purchased another one for our galley style kitchen, as it is not nearly as bright as I hoped it would be even with LED lightbulbs. I ended up putting lights under the cabinets so that has helped to offset my particular lighting issues. I actually ended up buying a second one for my dining room because I love the look so much. You’ll definitely need to get candelabra lightbulbs for this fixture so keep that in mind, when you are looking at this particular fixture, because if you require bright light, you may need to find either better lightbulbs or a different fixture for your situation

I bought this light fixture for my kitchen, which is a small room. The light was very easy to install myself. Make sure to check the review of the person who mentioned the light bulbs needed for this!! I read his/her review and was able to order the correct bulbs so the light could be used right away. It takes the short, squatty roundish bulbs, not the elongated ones!The seeded glass is lovely and the light is very bright. I've had a few compliments already. Overall, good value, seems well made, and easy to install.

I bought this light under the pretense that is was black as it states in the description. It is in fact NOT black, but a dark brown color instead. Also, the pictures show to use the enlongated, chandelier type bulbs. This is also in fact NOT correct. The bulb you use is a chandelier BASE which is E12, but it is a rounded bulb. So beware that the pictures and description do not match the product you will receive.

The shade arrived broken and replacement not offered in return process... now price went up :(

This light looks great in our kitchen above the sink. We had a similar sized one prior as it matched our pendants, but it didn't give off enough light. This one definitely will give off the light once you find the (small) bulb. Worth the search...but a bit frustrating at first.

Love the added look it gave to the room. The lighting was great!

It’s pretty and clean looking

The bulbs are very close to the glass, however being led's they may last for a very long time. Otherwise you may have to remove the glass to replace the bulbs.We used the light in a bedroom and it's beautiful and bright
