My old battery was no longer holding any charge (the laptop had to be plugged in otherwise it would shut down immediately), so I went online looking for OEM batteries that aren't marked up as far as the official Dell batteries are. I was worried about my laptop not recognizing this battery, but it actually worked just fine - I've had this new battery for around 2 weeks now and the life of it is quite good (6ish hours while connected to Wifi with intermittent music listening; slightly shorter when on videochat but still respectable nonetheless). I also really appreciated the little tool set that came in the box - super convenient and a huge help when replacing the battery! If anything strange happens I will update this review (since I've just started using this new battery).

Battery arrived before the promised date. I was a little concerned if it will actually fit and if it will hold the charge. The battery fit just as the original one and it is holding charge of approximately 4 - 5 hours per charge. Tool kit included came in handy although I have my own kit. It is useful for someone who doesn't have the repair tools for electronic devices.I wish Dell and the reseller had done a better job of identifying the battery. Dell gives a model number of the battery but it doesn't quite match the replacement. I noticed other people asking if it will work on their model. Dell uses screws in different places so same battery may not work in other models.

This battery died in exactly 5 months. I had to buy it again from Amazon from a different seller. Def not worth the money. Most importantly, there is no way to get the warranty exchange. Unable to contact the seller..Update.I have changed my review to 4 because,I was able to reach the seller.. They understood the issue and were willing to work with me. I was pleasantly surprised when they quickly sent the replacement which I tested and works ok. Things can fail, can go wrong. However, all we can ask is for the seller to be responsible and stand behind their products. They did and that is good enough for me. Cheers.

This is a perfect replacement battery for dell inspiron 5566 ssd laptop. Previously, I was receiving critical battery errors and it would not stay on unless plugged in. My 14 year old son and I watched you tube video to install and completed it in under 8 minutes with only the tools provided in this kit. The battery is lasting much longer than when I bought it. I run multiple apps at the same time and keep the brightness up and it lasts approximately 4-6 hours.

Ok. Was relatively easy to install but only after I looked at some YouTube videos. Battery lasts only about 3 hours. Not great

This battery replaces the original in a Dell Inspiron 15-7569,easy installation and work normally,I charge it fully, my Dell is running at least 4hours with this battery,I highly recommend this if you are having any battery issues.

Though it was shipped fast and easy to install, the product was defective, either by accident or design. At least a refund is available.

There are several WDXOR batteries available on Amazon. I chose this one based on a couple of reviews that indicated this is an OEM replacement though it is not marked with the Dell logo. I'm pleased to report that once installed, the Dell Power Management app confirmed that this is a Dell battery manufactured by Samsung. As a plus, this battery includes the screwdrivers and pry tool you'll need for install. One tip for Dell Inspiron users - once you remove the screws from the back - begin to pry the shell off by starting at the hinges. The top will come off easier that way. I would also suggest you follow the included instructions which will help avoid any compatibility issues.

Very fast delivery. Laptop battery life went from zero to 8 hours with new battery. Very easy installation just have to remove back cover. Don't know how long the battery will work for though.

It worked.I had bought other Amazon listed batteries, that were not compatible.Installed this one a month ago and it is still working in the Dell Inspiron 13-5378 laptop.I hope it holds up.Initial battery capacity is about 6 to 8 hours on a charge.

I installed the battery some time in mid Feb 2022. Plus I seldom use it because the laptop was working as a back up computer. I had the battery used down to around 20% and recharged to 100% about 5 to 6 times. Then the computer started turning off at random times. Sometimes even within 10 minutes after fully charged. I couldn't turn it back on unless plugged in with power. Sometimes, it would say my battery is low, and will remain at 0% charge even when it's been plugged in for almost an hour. I've been using the computer with plug in power for a month already. I am asking for a warranty replacement of a new battery because it started having issue within 5, 6 charges only. Please help look into the issue for me.I have sent message via Amazon to seller OrangeandLemon and was no reply since June 2. I just sent a second message to seller.
