Small, but work just fine for smaller jobs.
It was much tinier than expected, basing that on the ad I saw when ordering. I will just use these for smaller things!

Mixed feelings…
Mixed feelings…these little hangers are exactly what I was looking for but others may want to know that they are not for anything very heavy as the jumper rings are light wire. Also, as other reviewers have said, it was quite difficult to get the hooks to spin initially. I believe it is the black paint that causes them to stick. I had to really work holding them with pliers and finally got them to spin. All except for one which never would release and just got mangled. Boo-who! This is disappointing because I needed all 12 but doubt the effort of returning them is worth it. Overall, if you want something lightweight to lightly spin, these aren’t bad.

Swivel?
Mine swivel back and forth but do not swivel 360 degress, I guess they swivel but they do not spin, which was what I wanted. Is it "My bad" for thinking they swiveled around 360 degrees when I ordered them???

Received used.
I received used once. Looks like the prior owner of these have used tools to try them swivel.If I had not read other reviews I would not know I needed to snap them to get them to work.

Perfect for my hummingbird feeders!
These little hooks are perfect for my hummingbird feeders. The swivel allows them to last through all types of weather. The first four I purchased performed so well that I purchased eight more, and not for my existing feeders, I got more of those also!

Difficult to get to swivel, but they do
These are nice, sturdy hooks. At first I had trouble getting it to swivel. Finally held center piece with needle nose plier and gently twisted the lower wire. Just a gently snap, and the swivel works. Some of them swivel from the top wire, but they all worked. Good weight, looks to be sturdy and should last. Just what I need for my hanging plants and wind chimes.

Not as sturdy as I thought it would be
Beware pictures can be deceiving these are very tiny little hooks so just know what you're getting they're very small
