That noise gets so annoying real quick and you can't turn it off and let the dino still move. It's either on completely or off completely. I wish they had a button to do movement and a separate for noise. Or a on and off button in general! the way to turn it on is attaching the tail. Which, the tail falls off easily. My son will enjoys it but doesn't play with it as much as we had hoped. Partly because we can't stand the sound.

My grandson recieved this as a gift for Christmas . By April it was broken . I ordered another of the same toy . The second toy was far more inferior in quality than the original. Same company but was lighter, out of balance, controls were different. Even the battery compartment was made much flimsier than the first.

My boys just LOVE this toy! Wish I would of bought 2 of them!

Bought this for a 6 year old boy for his birthday. He absolutely loved it! It lights up, and dances, and roars. He was so ecstatic! There is t a volume control that I could find, and we couldn’t figure out how to get it to turn. But otherwise aAmazing! Might but one for my own boys birthday!

The toy was horrible. You turn it on and it would do its thing and roar with the RGB lighting. I’m not sure RGB lights should be present on a remote control dinosaur, but whatever. I’m not taking stars off for that. Everything about it feels cheap. The remote crunches when buttons are pushed. The dinosaur is a little better. Once it’s turned on, it would take one to two commands from the remote and then it wouldn’t respond to anything else until it was turned off and back on. I thought it may be a low battery issue, so I put in some fresh batteries from a new package in both the dinosaur and the remote. However, the results were the same. This toy is not good quality. Mine may be defective, but it’s too late now.

It’s cool, but the remote loses signal with the dinosaur very quickly so you have to turn it off/on to reconnect the remote. The switch is on the bottom of the tail and to connect you hold the stop button in the remote as soon as you turn it on. It only moves forward on a hard surface. I bought a used one and I only kept it because it dances. I would not pay the list price.

I bought two of these, one for each of my nephews. And I immediately returned both of them. These dinosaurs (and the boxes they are in) look like they came from the dollar store. The materials look and feel cheap, certainly not like a $35 toy should look. I tried both of them out, since I was still thinking about giving them as gifts at this point... the electronics are ridiculous and certainly not something a child would understand. You have to “pair” the remote with the dinosaur, then turn it off and back on before it starts moving. Then make sure to push as many buttons on the remote control as possible before it stops moving again, because once it stops, the dinosaur becomes “unpaired” from the remote and the whole process has to be repeated again. Also, my husband and I had to figure that out through trial and error, because there are no useful instructions included. Worst piece of junk I have ever bought on Amazon.

I purchased two of these, one for my grandson & one for a good friend’s great grandson, and they Love them!!The only issue with one of them was getting the battery compartment open. You need a tiny phillps head screwdriver and the one screw seemed already stripped? But it wasn’t just intially screwed in way too tight, I’m assuming by the manufacturer, but we finally got it.And it would be nice if they had a volume control, as they are pretty loud lol. But they stand, walk, roar and light up just as described, and the boys just LOVE them!!
