PrismacolorPremier Double-Ended Art Markers, Fine and Chisel Tip, 12 Pack

This is my 3rd set of prismacolors markers. Love them. They are wonderful markers to create with. The ink is……almost silky when laying down. They blend incredibly well together and with other brands. They might sound a bit pricy at about $2 a marker but they are a nice addition to any marker lovers arsenal. They do go on sale a lot and not just on Amazon. I bought my other sets for less than $1 a marker while on sale somewhere else. The biggest thing is they are pretty awesome. After all that, there is one thing that could improve…….. the caps are terribly hard to get off. It doesn’t deter me from buying a set every once in a while.

The markers came in a cardboard box, I kind of expected some sort of little case from Prismacolor to store the markers in but not, and youn have to come up with your own color chart, and label all the colors on your own, However the colors are bright and full of color, and I appreciate them. They are better than most.

These markers have vibrant color and each stroke blends with the stroke before! In other words there are no streaks! They are worth the extra money!! As far as bleeding through, it's not a marker issue. They all bleed through, so always place something behind the paper that you're working on to protect the surface or the next page. 🙂

These markers perform as expected and are a great addition to any artist kit. If you’re undecided go for it. Highly recommend for rendering landscape graphics and design get the colors by the same maker and your rendering will stand out beyond you classmates.
