I was hesitant at first before purchasing this toner cartridge since it wasn't an "original" toner from Canon. After the receiving it the installation process is no different than with an original cartridge, and my printer had no issues accepting it. There is also no issues with the print quality whatsoever. I only bought the Black toner cartridge, however I know I will be coming back here for the rest of my toner cartridges in the future.

So glad I found this listing! The toner cartridge fit my Canon color laser printer perfectly and has had no issues since installing a month ago. The printer had no problem detecting it and reading its fill status, and the print quality is just fine! The catridge hasn't run out yet so can't speak to the max page count that it will print, but it's looking solid so far. I will absolutely buy replacement cartridges here again when the others run out!

I have purchased a few different versions of the 045 toner. This one works the best. I bought a different version after this one and it shows a yellow line on every page. This one works just like it is supposed to.

This cartridge worked for a week and then started streaking black ink on the page, and leaking in the printer. I highly recommend not buying this.

I bought this toner from Amazon.com in hope to keep my Cannon printer working without paying $80+ on a genuine Cannon cartridge. The cartridge is really easy to install and it's prints are in great quality. I am really happy with this alternative, because the black one is consumed much faster than the other colored ones.The drawback is that my printer keeps complaining for detecting an non-genuine cartridge and fails to report ink level. I'll have to wait until the ink is done before knowing how many pages it can print.

The Amazon Seller reached out and made it right; was very professional and courteous. Now I would certainly buy from them again- knowing mistakes can happen and a positive response from the seller can make all the difference. As written previously : This ink cartridge is NOT as advertised. It does not match the photos or descriptions on Amazon. It is not a True Image product. Neither the box, packaging, nor cartridge itself has any brand name whatsoever- only stating made in China, that's it. Plus the box arrived damaged. For these reasons I am reluctant to install this into my printer and will be returning this item. Two stars because it arrived on time- and maybe it is functional- but who would take the chance? A bad cartridge can totally screw up your printer. I've used non OEM products before based on good reviews and have not been burned- but these products arrive at least resembling what I've ordered...

Based on reviews, I chose this company to get a toner refill for my Canon color laser printer.However, when it came in, my printer would NOT recognize it and kept giving me an error message.I was frustrated b/c I needed function immediately with work -HOWEVER, I found the number to call TRUE IMAGE directly. A customer service rep named Eddy answered, had amazing people skills, was so helpful, and walked me through how to fix the problem on my printer in less than 5 minutes! He also said I could have found a troubleshooting guide for this on their website - but went ahead and walked me through it since I was standing in front of my printer. EXCELLENT SERVICE! I WILL BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!
