It’s really huge. So worth it

good size and weight for storage in basement. Able to see what is in each container.

Made in the USA. 41 quart, flatter clear tub. Two clips. These are bit longer than my minds eye measured - but not a deal breaker. Why 4 stars instead of 5? The lids are bit flimsy (some due to the length) and the clips are a bit difficult to "wrap" over the lid. On the other hand, they all arrived intact - nothing broken. I did have to put one clip back on, but nothing was cracked or broken as with more rigid containers I also ordered. Big deal to me that they are made in the USA. So, I give these a solid 4 star review. I would buy them again for certain projects. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. The plastic itself was a bit thinner than expected but This fit under the bed! I got a 14" King size bedframe and there was just enough (12 1/4") space under there for all 4 bins fit on one side. I ordered 4 more to make it a total of 8. It doesn't fit under the 14" Queen bedframe though because the space is only 12" underneath so I am getting 1" bed risers to add height to make them fit.

Buyer beware. Don't buy these they are too brittle, will break quickly and will need to be replaced.These were sold as tough and I bought them because they are Rubbermaid and they are clear plastic, but they perform just like the cheap stuff. Extremely fragile, slight impacts completely shatter them. Drop them only four to six inches with anything in them and they crack straight through the bottom. Stacking them and sliding them on top so that the back side drops a few inches and they crack and shatter. They perform like thin glass and that is saying something. They are unacceptable for a storage container this size. Other Rubbermaid products that I have purchased are tough and durable but they are opaque. When I found these, that they were clear plastic and made by Rubbermaid I had confidence they were as advertised. Very disappointed and at this price point they are incredibly expensive and not worth even buying them at 5 cents on the dollar because they just won't last. Unusable for storage other than soft goods (blankets, linens, plush toys) sitting on soft carpet. Even then if they are pushed against something solid or hard under the bed, they will crack.Also after using them past the return date which is not long, which I did, they fail quickly and are non returnable.

Very sturdy. Value for the price. Nice size for storage.

Rubbermaid is well known for being tough, and I was expecting something a lot tougher for the price. These are a little stronger than the typical Walmart fare, but I don’t see that they are so much better as to justify the price. The good thing is that two of them stacked on top of each other fit under my bed. I could probably get four stacks of two under the bed, and that would be a lot of dust-free storage. But I won’t be buying a second set because they are just too pricey for what they are. One of them, even, had an extra tab of plastic on it I had to cut off in order for the lid latch to work.
