hi, yes it dries clear with a gloss look. I recommend putting on one coat then sand smooth and then apply a second thin even coat. If it still feels rough give it another light sand and reapply a thin coat.

Very runny and thin

My issue with this item is it’s so runny!! I have the Same product in black and it’s a lot thicker. I find it hard to use and get a professional seal on the handles. It just won’t build.
